Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Highways Team supporting by being a point of contact, answering telephones and dealing with enquiries in a timely and professional manner, including correspondence and the provision of reports.
Your day to day will include:
- Addressing customer complaints and compliments, working to provide a positive customer experience across the business.
- Offer technical advice and assistance to end users as and when required
- Provide follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided (if required) whilst maintaining filing and other records, ensuring information systems are maintained accurately
This role of a Customer Service Advisor is great for you if you have:
- Have experience within a similar role
- Hold great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Show resilience with the ability to manage confrontational situations and potentially difficult scenarios
