We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Repairs Customer Service Advisor role to join a large repairs contractor based in Kent.

THE ROLE

Supporting the Contract in customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls
General contract duties including correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, e-mails and filing.
Logging jobs and dealing with queries
Handling and responding to customer complaints
Make use of computerised packages, eg. Word, Excel and Outlook to assist the Administration function. Also undertake copying, laminating, scanning and other similar duties.
