Gleeson Recruitment are working with a fabulous client based in the heart of Newcastle-under-Lyme! Our client is a professional services client who is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to support the reception team with their switchboard.
About You
- Excellent telephone manner
-Polite, professional and positive
-Experience working in a customer service role
-Experience working on a switchboard/telephonist role is desirable
