Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate to join this team will act as a point of contact, answering telephones and dealing with enquiries in a timely and professional manner, including correspondence and the provision of reports. They will need to address customer complaints and compliments, working to provide a positive customer experience across the business.

You will offer technical advice and assistance to end users as and when required, follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided (if required) whilst maintaining filing and other records, ensuring information systems are maintained accurately

It will be important to undertake customer satisfaction surveys, assisting with the analysing and reporting of data, please be aware there may be a need for emergency cover outside of normal working hours

What are we looking for?

  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Track record of delivering first class customer service (Customer Service Qualification preferable)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Strong and resilient character with the ability to manage confrontation situations and potentially difficult scenarios
  • A great ability to trouble shoot/solve problems
  • Process driven
