Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Business Area: Kier Utilities- Anglian Water

Contract: Permanent- Full Time

We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services and we have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join our Utilities team in Huntingdon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To actively assist in the service delivery of a seamless meter installation and meter maintenance service and connections
  • Manage service delivery failures, non-compliance issues and complex file maintenance, as well as dealing with complaints and liability claims
  • Provide statistics and performance management feedback to several stakeholders
What do we need from you?

  • Experience within a customer service background with excellent communication skills
  • Open to learning new skills, able to show initiative and work as part of a team
