Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Services Agent to join our team based at Breedon on the Hill, Derby.

Working within a team in a fast-paced environment you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries for concrete. The office also provides a distribution centre for a network of local plants.

In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Telephone and email contact to and from customers.
  • An adept and timely response to customers' enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient manner.
  • Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively.
  • Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required.
  • Communicating effectively with commercial, production and haulage partners.
  • An ability and desire to adapt cross functionally as and when required.
  • Identifying and contributing to managing your own personal development.
  • Full compliance with Competition Act 1998

    • Good verbal skills are essential and previous experience in the asphalt markets is required along with a familiarity of the local geography.
