Customer Service Agent - Full time, permanent position

Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join the team at DurhamGate, Spennymoor.

The successful candidate will be a driven and ambitious individual to co-ordinate concrete and deliveries in a busy market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Timely & accurate input of all customer orders
  • Cost effective dispatch planning (shipping) of all customer orders through active liaison with commercial, operations and transport teams
  • Timely response to all customer enquiries and complaints
  • Specific support to the pre planning of major contracts or schemes in terms of production and transport capacity planning

    • We are looking for a professional, experienced Customer Service Agent who can demonstrate knowledge of road haulage. You will be an excellent communicator and be a proactive self-starter who can build effective relationships both with colleagues and customers.
