Customer Service Apprentice - Breedon, Breedon on the Hill - Derby

Full time Breedon are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join our friendly Distribution and administration teams based at our offices at Breedon on the Hill, Derby.

You will possess the following skills, experience and qualities:

  • Enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and a keen eye for detail
  • Comfortable dealing with a variety of people across our business
  • Friendly and personable
  • Good organisation skills and willingness to learn
  • High attention to detail with problem solving skills
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or level 5 or above on the new grading scheme) including Maths, English and Science
  • Any previous experience within a customer service environment would be desirable but not essential

You will receive time out to attend college and a nationally recognised qualification at the end of your apprenticeship.
