The Role
As part of a busy and friendly sales office environment, you will be providing a full range of administration and customer support to clients, both in the UK and worldwide.
You will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of service, responding to customer enquiries, setting up new customer accounts and providing pricing and delivery information to clients as well as ensuring strong communication throughout internal departments of the business.
You will be responsible for providing a seamless, first class customer service experience to clients.
This is a role where you will have the opportunity for long-term career progression into a management role.
About You
Excellent communications skills - interpersonal, verbal and written
Strong customer service skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong problem solver
Experience with Microsoft office package
2 years' experience within an office environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
