Customer Service Associate (£17,500 to £19,000 depending on experience) 37.5 hours a week

Job Role
You will be required to have exceptional listening and problem solving skills in order to resolve queries received at the first point of contact in a timely and positive manner. No two days are the same so you must enjoy working in a varied and busy environment.
You will act as a point of liaison between the Customer Service Centre and the planned team. You will receive calls and emails from residents and take ownership of the outcomes of the contact with resident.
You will ensure the effective handling of complex data together with the administration of all records so that they are up to date and accurate.
You will also assist the Customer Service Centre with the resolution of issues from customer satisfaction surveys.
Person
You will have demonstrate flexibility regarding working patterns.
You will have well developed written and verbal communication skills.
You will be able to build and sustain working relationships with key stakeholders and foster long term working relations.
You will have a demonstrable track record of delivering service excellence to a customer base, and have a record of achievement in making a difference.
You will have experience/knowledge of dealing with difficult customer complaints and conflict.
You will have good planning, organising and prioritisation skills.
Excellent computer (IT) skills e.g. Experience of databases, pivot tables, mail merge, Spread sheets, Outlook.
Work experience in a technical / construction environment is beneficial.
