Customer Service Coordinator Kier Living is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator who will report to the Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administration support to the customer service team, including Customer Service Administrators, Customer Service Field Managers and Customer Service Manager.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication with customers and contractors, verbal and written
  • Completion of 'Courtesy Calls' to gauge Customer Satisfaction
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Placing orders for works and requesting payment from accounts
  • Identifying potential contra-charges and creating a claim
  • Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service Team
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative skills required
  • Experience of word processing, spread sheets, databases and email is essential
  • Experience of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Coins is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to deal with customers over the telephone
  • Literate and numerate - ability to work with numbers is required
