Protocol is delighted to keep working with a well-known and respected organisation, who is searching to hire an experienced Lecturer delivering online classes.
The role will be required for you to deliver Certificate in Principles of Customer Service Level 2- this qualification provides the underpinning knowledge required by employees to work in a range of customer service roles. Learners will have essential knowledge of how to carry out tasks such as managing information and supporting events.
Role requirements:
* Recent or similar experience in working in a classroom environment
* Able to deliver Certificate in Principles of Customer Service Level 2 classes
* Able to use online platforms - Zoom and Google classroom
* Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or within 12 months (or be willing to apply for one)
