Customer Service Manager

As the Customer Service Manager based at our Uddingston Regional Office in South Lanarkshire, you will proactively drive performance within the Internal Sales Team and establish procedures which enhance collaborative working across the Region.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and directing the Internal Sales Team to achieve excellent day to day performance levels whilst placing the highest importance on our sustained standards of excellence in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental Management you will be a leading contributor to the Company's zero harm culture.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

  • Coach and develop the team in order to embed a high-performance sales and service culture
  • Liaise with the external sales and key customers to identify and influence opportunities to improve the service offering and generate future growth
  • Support Distribution and Operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of materials
  • Proactively manage the resolutions of complaints, invoice queries and sales admin to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • A valid UK Driving License
