Progress within your first year to a team leader role in this leading Mechanical and Electrical contractor. Are you passionate about delivering an excellent level of customer service and enjoy working in a busy office environment? This leading provider is now looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals to join their team.
Established over 50 years ago, this M&E contractor provides a high level of service to its customers across the south east of the UK. Rapid growth has opened up opportunities for customer service operatives to enjoy on the job training and clear plans to progress your career to a team leader.
As a customer service operative your role will involve:
* customer service operative
* Dealing with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, booking appointments and answering queries and escalating reports
* Support with general administrative duties and engineers diary management
As a customer service operative you will have:
* Be customer focused and able to manage high volumes of calls
* Have attention to detail and able to deal with a fast paced environment
* Be able to commit to working hours 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm, with the occasion of working til 8pm and available to work 1 saturday per month
* Commutable to Cheam
