Job Description As a
Customer Service Representative, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls for automotive dealerships, book service appointments, and ensure accurate CRM updates while delivering exceptional customer experiences that strengthen loyalty and trust.

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off
Work setup: Onsite, Ortigas
Salary: PHP 35,000 to PHP 42,000

The Qualifications We Seek
3 to 5 years of Customer Service experience
Able to work independently and collaborate with a remote onshore team
Experienced in handling both inbound and outbound inquiries
Skilled at resolving complaints and problem-solving
Familiarity with appointment systems
Desired Experience:
Work in a Service Department of an automotive dealership (e.g., Autohub Group, AC Motors)
Work in a BPO supporting an automotive dealership business in a customer service role (e.g., Ford, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Honda, Mercedes, BMW, Lexus)
Work in a customer service role for large organizations in service-oriented industries:
Hospitality - prominent hotel chains (e.g., Hilton, Marriott Hotels)
Airlines - international carriers (e.g., Qantas, Singapore Airlines, Emirates)
Travel - booking divisions of credit card companies (e.g., VISA, American Express Travel)
Skill-set:
Excellent phone manner and communication skills
Empathetic, courteous, and professional
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Observant of data privacy standards
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and teachable
Strong with computers and CRM tools
Your Daily Tasks
Manage inbound calls and chats for automotive dealerships
Handle service appointment bookings (New Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Re-booking)
Perform outbound calls for reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups
Conduct customer satisfaction check-ins and other outbound contact
Maintain CRM data accuracy and complete system updates as needed
