We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join a brand-new team based in Liverpool supporting customers across the North West as part of our Concrete Mini Mix Division. You will proactively work with a range of customers, taking calls, placing orders and managing customer queries. Additionally, you will work alongside franchisees and hauliers to ensure transportation and delivery meets required expectations. ?What’s on offer? Customer focused. Flexible, proactive and able to work independently. Any experience of concrete related products and/or within the construction/contracting industry would be ideal.
