IMDS Surveyor (Customer Service Technician)
Kier Utilities is looking to recruit a Surveyor, who will report to the Ganger/ Site Supervisor. The successful post-holder will be responsible for carrying out duties involving varied tasks. This includes exchanging of external boundary box water meters, water saving customer audits and surveying for the installation of water meters for individual properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal on-site supervision and organisation.
- Communication with supervisor and other members of the team to update and inform of progress and on site issues.
- Ensure all works comply to health and safety legislation where applicable.
- Customer focussed - proactive in approach to resolving any on site issues.
- Ensure proper use of all plant and materials relating to specific tasks allocated.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Water Hygiene qualified
- First Aid trained
- Manual handling trained
Desirable
- Plumbing NVQ 1
- Cat & Genny trained
- NRSWA trained
