Customer Service Technician Job in Devon

Customer Service Technician job working for a regional developer on developments in Devon and Cornwall. Our client are looking to speak to candidates who have experience in new build homes and a multi-trade background. The role is offering a salary of up to £34,000 + 25 days holiday

Successfully building new homes and communities throughout the south west region for nearly the past 30 years, my client has built more than 1,500 new homes and created around 30 new communities. They are now looking for someone to join their expanding Customer Service team.

Role & Responsibilities

- Carry out general maintenance and repairs on the new build properties

- Liaise with customers to ensure they are informed on how the work is going

- Make sure that the head office is fully aware of all work that needs completing after inspections

- Do the work in a courteous and professional manner, maintaining the reputation of the company

- Always provide a customer focused service

- Maintain accurate records of completed work and report it back to the head office

- Ensure all work is undertaken in a safe manner.

Required Skills & Experience

- Formal training or experience of carpentry, painting and decorating and general maintenance is essential

- Experience in new build housing

- Ability to think independently and react to changing situations

- Excellent communicator

- Able to work alone for extended periods

- A full UK driving licence.
