Customer Services Technician Job in Yorkshire

Customer Services Technician job working for a national housebuilder on a flagship site in Yorkshire. Offering a salary of £35,000 + bonus, our client is looking for someone with housebuilder experience and a multi-trade background.

Employing over 1000 people and building over 3000 homes per year, our client is a respected national housebuilder that operate in 9 regions. They are looking for someone to join their ever-growing Customer Care team in their North East region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Carrying out defects in occupied properties
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers with regards to co-ordination of works in occupied homes
  • Communicate effectively with the Line Manger to promote effective solutions to complex helpful activities
  • Liaise and reporting into the Contracts Manager
  • Complete and deal with assigned tasks in required timescales
  • Act professionally and abide by all company policies
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers
  • Create and build positive relationships with colleagues on site
  • Good understanding of all NHBC technical standards and guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience with a housebuilder
  • Joinery or multi-trade background
  • Experiences on a multi-phase residential development.
