Be part of our client's team as a Customer Success Manager, where you'll manage renewals, drive platform adoption, and strengthen client relationships. You'll champion customer satisfaction, expand portfolios, and deliver innovative solutions that bring measurable business value.

What You Bring to the Table
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or customer service
- Excellent English communication skills; presentation experience is a plus
- Passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Proven track record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Creative problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
- Working knowledge of the Customer Experience industry
- Knowledge of project management principles
Your Key Contributions
- Manage customer renewals
- Upsell and cross-sell to expand the customer portfolio
- Increase customer satisfaction by identifying platform usage gaps
- Drive usage by reaching out to end users for regular engagement
- Engage key stakeholders and ensure they receive relevant communications
- Coordinate with marketing and implementation teams to relay essential information
- Understand customer business challenges and goals, and align them with platform capabilities
