Position: Customer Support Exec - HVAC

Location: Dublin

Sal: €30k+, Pension, Health Care, Life Insurance,

Elk Recruitment is working with a leading global brand within the HVAC industry and due to continued growth are now looking to hire an Internal Graduate Engineer.

Main functions:


It is an office based role.

  • Supporting installers with
  • Product Quotations
  • Product Orders
  • Delivery information
  • General Customer Support
  • Supporting the External Sales Team
  • Updating and maintaining Office Records
  • Greeting Customers and Visitors to our Office
  • General office administration

Education:


Graduated from a third level institution would be preferable but not necessary. A keen interest in developing a career and advancing within the organization, with a keen interest in building services engineering

Skills:

  • Basic Microsoft Office in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with SAP program essential
  • Excellent Attention to Detail with low error rates
  • Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 1-2 years
  • You are proficient in English (written/oral)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive Attitude/ Strong Team player
