Salary: £37,000 per annum, inc benefits
We are looking to recruit an experienced Damp and Mould Operative join a newly established Damp and Mould team who will be responsible for resolving residents damp and mould issues.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and diagnosing damp and mould issues
- Washing and cleaning affected surfaces within resident's homes
- Treating damp and mould with specified mould treatments
- Carrying our minor repair works if required including plumbing, carpentry, plastering and decorating.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
