Key Responsibilities
The BHISC Performance Analysts are part of the Quality & Performance Team. The contract completes approximately 14,000 unique jobs per month, managed through the Contract's Management Information System, CONFIRM.
The Team actively monitors the creation, planning, progress and close of the jobs, matched to the performance obligations of the ISC, working closely with the operational teams:
Inspections; Planning; Highways; Street Lighting and Signage; Traffic Signals; Life-cycle; Structures; Urban Traffic Control & Customer Services.
Contract Management, including identification of Performance KPIs
Identify local data owners for general performance data and KPIs
Develop dashboards with data owners to identify data validation and potential conditions
Write reporting exports from operational works database system
Develop performance reporting identifying potential issues from large datasets
Ensuring the timely submission of complete and accurate performance reports
Benchmarking performance data against similar contracts / industries
Produce Business Reports summarising findings from verifying client or local queries
Process Mapping and Lean Sigma to identify Business Improvement opportunities
Produce Business Cases supporting Business Improvement ideas
What do we need from you?
Educated to 'GCSE' Maths and English or equivalent you'll be confident in challenging data and performance levels with Senior Managers. Proficient using MS Office, particularly Excel advanced reporting graphing with large datasets. Have experience in development of Excel analysis and automation using Macros (Visual Basic for Applications).
