What will you be doing?
The Resource Forecaster is responsible for projecting the resource requirements for IMR Water to enable the delivery of key business targets. To work with the Resource Strategy Manager to proactively identify and incorporate future business impacts on workload forecasts and resources available. To work in alignment with the Commercial Leads, to ensure the budgets are in line with the resource strategy. To develop, manage and track the end to end IMR Partner workload and resource requirements, providing the IMR Management team with visibility of the deliverability of key business targets. To work with the relevant IMR Planners and Area Managers, to enable resource plans to be developed, based on the forecast and resource strategy.
What do you need?
- Experience in an operational or operational support environment, with solid understanding of operational risk
- Strong understanding of forecasting principles
- Excellent ability to interpret and analyse data
- Ability and experience of modelling with multiple parameters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong prioritising and decision making skills
- Understanding of budgetary and financial issues
- Excellent IT skills including data gathering and data manipulation through SAP ALM, Excel and Access
