Delivering 60 A, Model BMR466 is designed to power microprocessors, FPGAs, ASICs, and other digital ICs on complex boards. Up to 8 fully regulated point-of-load DC/DC converters can be connected in parallel to deliver up to 480 A in multi-module and multi-phase systems. Housed in 0.98 x 0.55 x 0.276 in. surface-mount LGA package with symmetric contact layout, converter operates from 4.5–14 V input and provides adjustable output voltage of 0.6–1.8 V via pin-strap resistor or PMBus commands.
