Job Title: Defects/After Care Manager

- Do you have experience in after care management within construction?
- Would you enjoy working with one of the UK's leading Offsite construction companies?
Due to continued growth within this business we are looking for an experienced Defects/After care manager to be responsible for organising and co-ordinating all the defects across multiple sites nationwide, liaising with clients and construction teams. This role would require you to arrange and manage sub-contractors to rectify defects across the different projects.
Expectations & Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience within a similar role
* Snagging/Finishing experience
* Willing to travel nationwide to multiple sites
* Offsite construction experience would be beneficial not essential
* Excellent organisation skills
* Good customer facing experience
