Contract: Full time, part time & Flexible

Responsibilities

As Depot & Network Supervisor you'll be working within the Core Services team, supporting them with supervision, also planning health and safety of site teams for reactive, routine, minor works, schemes, ensuring works are delivered safely, on budget and to delivery target dates.

Your day to day will include:
  • Planning, programming & delivering the programme of works, collaborating with the supply chain, improving health and safety standards & best practice
  • Working with the SHE Manager promoting best practice across the contract, adhering to all health and safety standards across the contract - 5 SHE Basics - 10 steps to safe excavation
  • Achieving company and contractual KPIs / CPF measuring these with year-on-year improvement of contract / scheme KPIs
  • Certifying training qualifications and ensuring competence requirements are in place and monitoring the team
  • Enforcing environmental processes and best practice across the contract, reviewing all supply-chain RAMS and signing off prior to any working instruction, managing change controls diligently on site, undertaking safety site inspections of all works
Who are we looking for?

This role of Depot & Network Supervisor is great for you if you can:
  • Demonstrate experience in a similar construction / highway's environment at a supervisory level
  • Drive and hold a full driving licence with the ability to use an LGV and be available for winter service and emergency out of hours calls
  • Provide a certificate in Site Safety Management (SMSTS, SSSTS, NRSWA)
