JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is currently looking for an experience, fast paced and hardworking Deputy Cleaning Manager based on a large commercial building in South Manchester. This role is to manage staff effectively and ensure efficient working practices and standards are in place

HOURS

Monday to Friday

Week 1 - 7am - 3:30pm

Week 2 - 10:30am - 7pm

You will be expected to work 4 hours every other weekend.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of 8 supervisors
  • Building a good relationship with the client
  • Looking after the day-to-day operation of the site
  • Training, back to work forms, monitoring sickness, audits

Requirements for the role

  • Previous management experience
  • Cleaning and catering experience
  • Previous experience with computer systems and Microsoft
