Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Ayton Products is looking to recruit a Deputy Supervisor, who will report to the Production and Logistics Supervisor. The successful candidate will be based at Wymondham and will assist the supervisor in ensuring that production and deliveries are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of and compliance with the requirements of the Business Management Systems: Quality, PUWER, COSHH, RAMPS etc.
- Vehicle loading and unloading
- Drum and Keg filling
- Warehouse maintenance
- Monitor stock levels
- Deputise for the Production and Logistics Supervisor as follows when required:

- Supervision of Production Operatives
- Supervision of LGV drivers
- Scheduling of product manufacture to meet order requirements
- Scheduling of factored and manufactured product to meet order requirements
- Warehouse, yard and production area supervision
- Raw material, finished product and factored goods stock control
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Supervisor / team leader experience
- Counterbalance / Reach / Stacker truck licence
- Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
- Formal training as follows are desirable:
- Supervisor / team leader training
- IOSH working safely
- IOSH environmental awareness
- Dangerous goods safety awareness
- Fire marshal
