Our client, is a major construction business focusing on projects in Lincolnshire, the Humber and Yorkshire, working on affordable housing, food, retail, education, commercial, industrial and health with a value between £500k and £15million. They are currently seeking a full time Design Co-ordinator / Design Manager to join their construction team.

They have an excellent reputation, full order book and ongoing projects in East Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire and employ the very best staff for their business. Experienced Design Coordinators are welcome from all these areas with a view to being based in the Lincoln area although candidates located in East Yorkshire and Yorkshire will be considered.

The successful candidate will be working on a variety of construction projects in the affordable housing, industrial and commercial sectors, with the responsibility for managing the design process, ensuring compliance and maximising value engineering opportunities.

Remaining at the forefront of latest developments is essential, by ensuring up to date knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations, technologies and legislation. Design Co-ordination experience is essential and knowledge of SAP, CFSH and BREEAM would be an advantage.
