We have a superb opportunity for a Timber Frame Designer, Design Technician, Project Coordinator or similar to use your technical skills and experience from the housebuilding and/or timber frame industry, being involved throughout the life cycle of the project and potentially highly influential in helping to win further business.

About this role:

  • Strong element of organisation, working to ensure successful outcomes of residential and commercial projects
  • You will be the liaison point between Design and other functions within the company as well as the customer and other stakeholders
  • Whilst there is a strong technical content, you will be involved in more of a project management / co-ordination capacity that requires you to manage your own workload and that of others, as well as managing your customers and their expectations
  • You will be working on a good range of projects, both residential and commercial as well as some mixed use developments


Interested? Are you:

  • Experienced as a Designer or Architectural Technician from the construction industry (eg Housebuilders, Main Contractors or specialist Subcontractors )?
  • Familiar with the process of construction/housebuilding?
  • Possessing good working knowledge and/or experience of timber frame construction, and/or passivhaus, Zero Carbon, timber frame or similar?
  • Able to use AutoCAD?
