You'll be reporting directly to the VP, and being design engineer Director of this company and their ambitious growth plans requires a history of success, and more importantly, you'll need to match their ambition.
Your role will require:
* Product Design Engineer Director / Manager
* Business growth history
* Product development new / existing products
* Reporting to the VP and the founders
* Managing the design engineering teams
* 50% remote working possible
You'll need to be:
* Minimum 8-10 years product design experience
* Product Design Engineer Director / Manager or similar background
* Relationship management
* Knowledge of solid works able to crest designs
* Strong business acumen
* Brussels based / commutable / Relocation Package available
