Location: Huntingdon- partial remote working with regular office/ site visits

Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and business connected.
In this role, you will be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we work on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network.
As Design Manager, you will play a key role in developing future HEMS (Housing Estate Mains) strategy so that less work is lost to competition, and we can provide the best customer service possible. You will be working closely with the team to plan, organise, and support resources during design, construction and commissioning phases.
Your day to day will include:
- Attend pre commencement meetings with developers and Project Engineers to discuss schemes, including method of construction and programme
- Maximise by supporting and coaching the day-to-day organisation, planning, and control of labour, plant and resources to ensure efficiency
- Investigate customer complaints and quality issues and facilitate resolution ensuring customer levels of services are met
This role of Design Manager is great for you if you hold:
- Experience within a similar role with APM / Prince 2 or equivalent in Project Management
- IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS
- A Full Driving Licence
