Up to £45,000 + Car
As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish from the initial design stage onwards. You will be responsible for liaising with large major contractors on commercial building projects and so will need to know, understand and learn the contractual issues and processes. You will need to maintain professional relationships within a contractual environment at all times.
What you will need for the role?
:: Experience in offsite - timber/modular
:: Good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients
:: Customer service orientated
:: SMSTS or Crane Awareness qualifications would be desirable, training will be provided for those who don't have this
:: Need to be flexible and Proactive in the working environment
:: Technically skilled and industry aware
