A Great opportunity has arisen for Interior Fit-Out Design Technician to be based in Lincoln

Company

You will be working for one of the largest commercial and retail interior fit-out companies based in the East Midlands. With a national coverage specialising in refurbishments and interior fit-out ranging from glass partitions, mezzanine floors to complete office and shop fit-outs

Job Role

You will be working on design and build projects

  • Production of construction drawings
  • Construction detailing
  • Joinery detailing
  • Liaising with construction / sales team

Person

To be successful in this role you must have

  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, In Design, Photoshop, Revit and Building Information Modelling
  • Work calmly under pressure
  • Knowledge of building regulations
  • Work as part of a team
  • Able to work from concept through to completion
  • Work face to face with clients and customers
  • Architectural and interiors experience on a variety of projects
  • Well organised, methodical and positive
  • Excel in operating in a fast paced commercial environment
