My client is a senior living developer who are made up of some of the best people from a landed estate. They concentrate in the London area and the Home Counties, and have managed to build an enviable reputation for quality over the last 10 years.
As a Development Director, you will lead on the delivery of multiple projects where you will take schemes from acquisition through the construction phase, onto completion. The main requirement is for someone who has been hands on in successfully delivering a variety of residential builds including: houses, flats, repurposing of heritage buildings.
Key qualifications and Skills:
- At least 15 years of development and delivery experience, taking the lead across a variety of large technical residential builds.
- Ideally, you will come from an engineering abckground or at least have in depth technical knowledge
- A solid career showing progression within a major developer or a landed estate
