Development Sales Manager job in Poplar, London
Development Sales Manager job working for a national housebuilder. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in a customer facing property role and has experience in a Management background. They are offering a salary of up to £35,000 with an OTE of up to £80,000.
Our client is a nationally recognised housebuilder that operate in London, South East England, and the Midlands. They are now looking for a Development Sales Manager for their busy Sales team in London.
Role & Responsibilities
- To chair sales and weekly marketing meetings to generate new ideas and incentives
- Attend bi-weekly Sales Manager meetings
- Attend Project Sales Manager meetings when required to represent sales and marketing
- Manage the threat of sales cancellations and keep these down to a minimal
- Liaise closely with the Marketing Manager to drive all sales strategies and complete, devising innovative ideas whilst supporting and updating the data
- Assist along all stages of the customer's journey.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally 5+ years' experience in a customer facing role, property background essential
- Managerial experience is required
- Experience in new-build residential is advantageous
- IT literate.
