Development Sales Manager job in Poplar, London

Development Sales Manager job available, working for a national housebuilder. Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in a customer facing property role and has experience in a Management background. They are offering a salary of up to £35,000 with an OTE of up to £80,000.

Our client is a nationally recognised housebuilder that operate in London, South East England, and the Midlands. They are now looking for a Development Sales Manager for their busy Sales team in London.

Role & Responsibilities

  • To chair sales and weekly marketing meetings to generate new ideas and incentives
  • Attend bi-weekly Sales Manager meetings
  • Attend Project Sales Manager meetings when required to represent sales and marketing
  • Manage the threat of sales cancellations and keep these down to a minimal
  • Liaise closely with the Marketing Manager to drive all sales strategies and complete, devising innovative ideas whilst supporting and updating the data
  • Assist along all stages of the customer's journey.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally 5+ years' experience in a customer facing role, property background essential
  • Managerial experience is required
  • Experience in new-build residential is advantageous
  • IT literate.
