An Amazing opportunity to join a Government organization, coordinating between multiple local authorities and industry-specific bodies.

Salary: - £34,000 - £38,000

Location: - Manchester

Role Description: -

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a client operating across the Transportation sector. Working closely with various stakeholders including Local Authorities, TOC's, Network Rail, TfN, and the DfT. This role is working within the Marketing team, working alongside the Marketing manager in managing the social media content for the organisation.

The Roles Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to undertake proactive and reactive digital communications activities for events and programmes.
  • Taking a lead on all digital content systems and platforms.
  • Support the business functions with creating Social media posts including design and format.
  • You will be expected to provide advice on a range policies and procedures around marketing and communications.
  • You will lead the expansion and growth of the social media channels, creating content to further raise awareness of the work of the organisation.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement, designing / delivering digital communications support services.

Desirable Experience:

  • Video content creation and editing experience, as will be leading on production of external and internal video content for the organisation.
  • Knowledge of adobe products such as photoshop and InDesign.

Required Experience

  • Educated to degree level ideally or relevant professional qualification.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for drafting content
  • Good working knowledge of graphic design apps like Canva, and software like Microsoft Office including Work, Excel and PowerPoint.
