Director Job in Salisbury

This is an opportunity for an experience Estates and Farms Director to work for one of the UK's leading estate agents and property consultancy based in their office in Salisbury. Basic salary of £60,000 + car allowance + bonus.

Founded over 100 years ago and with more than 50 offices throughout the UK, it's one of the largest and most established real estate agencies in the UK. They are currently looking to grow the Estates and Farm team by recruiting a new Director in their Salisbury office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Give high quality and timely advice to clients
  • You have recognition externally and are influential in the market
  • Responsible for assignments being successfully delivered on time
  • Achieve personal financial targets and keep within the budget to maximise gross profit
  • Lead by example with research on the outputs that will give the business an edge over competitors
  • Bill regularly and collect fees as quickly as possible
  • Forecast fees for the office when required to do so
  • Come up with new and innovative ways to help improve the revenue and profitability of the company
  • Maintain and build strategic client relationships
  • Work with manager/directors outside of the team to achieve the companies' visions
  • Form a plan to get the most out of the team and coach/mentor them to help them achieve their goals
  • Be self-efficient in reviewing your own objectives and update them accordingly
  • Contribute to the execution of high-quality service and manage change within your day to day routine in order to improve quality and profitability

Required Skills & Experience

  • Relationship building - work closely with stakeholders to come up with mutual goals. Focus on building trust and represent the organisation in external groups
  • Behave in a way that is coherent with the companies' values
  • At least 5 years brokerage experience selling farms
  • Educated to degree level
  • Ideally RICS and AAV qualified
  • Be effective with your self-development, take new information and ideas to be able to apply them directly to the vision you have
  • You can work at a strategic level and maintain a network of senior contacts
  • Demonstrable record of delivery in the real estate market
