As Director of HR, Recruitment and Training you will support the senior leadership team by attracting, developing and engaging talent to build high performance teams and make TSN an amazing place to work. As a member of the senior management team you will provide strategic HR leadership and support to enable the business to achieve its growth and goals whilst continuing to reinforce a positive company culture.
As well as an experienced CIPD qualified HR professional you will be a highly motivated and dynamic individual, excited by the prospect of working in a fast paced values led business with a quality mission.
