Director of Medical Equipment Planning Job in New York, NY

New requirement for a Director of Medical Equipment Planning job with an established architecture and interior design firm, working from their office in New York, NY. Offering a salary of up to $160,000 plus bonus potential, hybrid working, and benefits!

With a rich heritage within the architecture and design sector, our client has been established for over four decades and now operates with circa 125 staff across three offices throughout the USA. This position will see you oversee a small team of professionals and have a strong focus on new business development within the healthcare/medical equipment planning sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • New business development within medical equipment planning
  • Manage a small team daily
  • Manage client relationships and support retention
  • Assess equipment for reuse/redistribution
  • Manage project schedules and budgets across all phases
  • Assist in technical design/guidance
  • Work with HR to recruit and develop staff.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Architecture, or similar
  • Proven background in business development and bringing on new clients
  • Working knowledge of Revit, Attainia, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
  • 15+ years' experience minimum, primarily within healthcare/medical equipment planning
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel.
