Kier Utilities is looking to recruit a Dispatcher to the Team Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the allocation of works to regional field team in accordance with SLA targets
Key Responsibilities:
- To review, update and dispatch all tasks which fall within a pre-determined delivery window.
- Arranging engineers site access and collating necessary paperwork in a clear and appropriate format
- Liaising with subcontractors where necessary to arrange site visits and organising plant requirements
- Ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner to ensure SLA adherence
- Managing the flow of information relating to both reactive maintenance works to client, staff, sub-contractors and management.
- Answering the call-centre phones and dispatching the relevant engineer in response to reactive call-outs in line with client Service Level
- Monitor and review regional WIP ensuring all tasks are progressed/updated within SLA
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role
- Organisation and planning skills
- Microsoft suite, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent computer skills
