Breedon Group Plc is seeking a friendly, organised and outgoing individual to co-ordinate Mini Mix concrete deliveries.

You will be based in their office at Corby and your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering the highest level of service to our customers.
  • Timely & accurate input of all customer concrete orders.
  • Cost effective despatch planning (shipping) of all customer orders through active liaison with commercial, operations and transport teams
  • Timely response to all customer enquiries.
  • Becoming an integrate part of their customer service team who take pride in being amongst the best in the industry

As a member of the Distribution team you will be working within a fast paced environment and be responsible for taking telephone orders, liaising with customers and organising deliveries for Mini Mix Concrete. You will need to have the ability to think on your feet in a fast moving environment. You will also need good computer skills, polite telephone manner, attention to detail and the ability to remain positive when working in a high pressure environment.

Applicants for this position should have good educational qualifications, with a positive attitude towards health & safety. No experience required as full training we be given to the right candidate. You will have excellent organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic. You should have the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.

You will be an excellent communicator and proactive self-starter who can build effective relationships both with colleagues and customers.
