Summary
Due to internal promotion Gleeson have an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join our team. Your role will be to drive leads for your division and build a customer base by ensuring that we are marketing our homes, using the right channel and that our messaging is on point, on brand and targeted to the relevant audience for each development.
You will maintain an understanding of all regional competitors' products and campaigns, and in doing so, contribute to the competitive and relevant nature of our marketing.
Furthermore, you will inform and educate the regional teams on our marketing plans and work with them on forward planning to deliver effective campaigns for focus developments in line with group strategy.

Main Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute monthly divisional marketing reports.
- Ensure that all homes are correctly uploaded on to the Gleeson website and pushed through to property portals.
- Ensure that content including pictures is relevant, correct and promotes Gleeson in the right way.
- Capture the day to day content that happens on out sites for social media and internal communication purposes through regular conversations with Sales Managers and Executives.
- Report on competitor activity and performance, and think about how we compare.
- Contribute to building the right messaging and channels to promote each site based on demographic and market insight.
- Create and implement marketing plans.
- Build relationships with the key regional stakeholders as well as the Group Marketing function.
- Plan and implement events.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of Press Releases and monitor regional press.
- Ensure that site signage is relevant and on brand through regular site visits and signage audits.
- Create bespoke marketing strategy for all developments working closely with Sales Managers to assist in required gateway report.
- Liaise with regional land teams to ensure visibility of potential new developments and areas in which we may not have built before.
- Create, deliver and monitor regional marketing for focus sites and stock plots working closely with Digital Marketing and National Marketing Managers.
- To drive our Community Matters programme within region through community engagement events and collaboration with schools and other community based groups.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working within a housebuilding company (desirable)
- 3+ years working in a similar marketing role (essential)
- Driving license (essential)
- CIM or similar qualification
- Leadership and/or mentoring experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good eye for design and detail
- A passion for the Gleeson brand and the housebuilding industry
