Document Controller

Location: Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire with additional travel to sites and offices
Contract: Permanent, full time.
Responsibilities
We are now recruiting for a Document Controller working across the Eastern and Midlands region to manage multiple project common data environments (CDEs) and train and support project users.
Your day to day will include:
- You'll manage and maintain the CDE for the lifecycle of multiple projects on Viewpoint for Projects (VFP) and Asite
- Implementing and maintaining Kier document management processes and procedures, ensuring project stakeholders are trained and engaged
- Advanced experience of CDEs and a solid history in document control. You must be an effective communicator, engaging and proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships
- You must have advanced experience with a CDE (VFP or Asite preferred) with underpinning knowledge of workflows and transmittals and the ability and willingness to train others on the use of these platforms
- ISO 19650-2 National Annex strongly preferred, BS 1192 is fundamental.
- You will be competent with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
