JOB TITLE: Dry liner

SALARY BAND: £19ph - £23ph

LOCATION: Newton Abbot

Dry liner required in Newton Abbot to join our client's team on a Snagging, customer care project. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have previous experience of Customer care Snagging, patching plaster board and be available to start immediately.

This role will include working in occupied properties carrying out remedial work ensuring all work completed is to a high standard and in a polite, respectful manner.

Working hours are between 7.30am to 4.30pm with potential for weekend work.

Duties will includes

  • Snagging works on defects
  • Sealing joints using fillers and adhesives
  • Taping over seals and applying plaster to the boards
  • Sanding down surfaces
  • painting and decorating
  • Working in occupied properties
