Dove & Hawk are now partnered with an agency located Battersea, specialising in high-end properties. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Dual Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team.

As a Senior Dual Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of their operations, handling both sales and lettings within the premium property market. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong track record in both sales and lettings. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless transaction process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-end properties in both sales and lettings.
  • Conduct property valuations, viewings, and negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, tenants, and landlords.
  • Handle the entire sales and lettings process, ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay informed of market trends and property values in the Battersea area.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and lettings targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in both sales and lettings within the property market, ideally within a high-end environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the high-end property market.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Professional, polished, and presentable.
  • Full UK driving license.
