We are currently looking to recruit an Early Careers Manager to support the development of the early careers strategy and manage operational delivery of our Early Careers programmes.

In this exciting role you will ensure programmes that are fit for purpose, cost-effective and engaging to individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, to strengthen and deepen the future leadership talent and succession pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Your day to day activities will be to support the development and delivery of all Early Careers Programmes including Apprenticeships, Kier Degree, Undergraduate and Graduates.

You will act as an external Kier ambassador and subject matter expert on the early careers and employability skills agenda, understanding future skills requirements and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and key business drivers.

Feeding into the overall strategic workforce plan, you will play a pivotal role with implementing a robust talent management strategy for Early Careers

What are we looking for?

A demonstrable track record of developing and managing Early Careers talent programmes and employability skills initiatives, would be ideal for this role.

You will be a recognised subject matter expert on apprenticeships policy and practice with a thorough understanding of the Apprenticeship Levy and the operating environment.

The ability to successfully navigate senior internal and external stakeholders within a complex organisation and the gravitas to establish credibility and influence with wider industry partners, will be key.

In return, we will be offering a competitive salary of c£55,000, a company car or car allowance of £6750 per annum, matched pension contributions of up to 7.5%, a work location in the heart of London.
