An independent, employee-owned planning consultancy is seeking EIA Coordinators in response to their growing pipeline of work. They are involved in some of the UK's most exciting projects, including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects, residentials developments, urban regeneration and design of internationally-renowned public spaces.
The successful candidate would be joining an interdisciplinary team of planners, landscape architects and urban designers. If you have experience delivering Environmental Impact Assessments for a range of schemes, and an excellent understanding of the planning system and EIA requirements, this could be the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading EIA projects
- Contributing to and authoring reports at all stages of the EIA process
- Leading a team
- Assisting planners and masterplanners on non-EIA projects
Qualifications/experiences:
- At least 3 years' experience in a consultancy setting
- Experience leading and coordinating EIAs
- Experience liasing with clients, stakeholders and sub-contractors
- GIS/AutoCAD experience would be advantageous
